Job summary

Kearney in Poland is seeking a Principal to contribute to consulting project teams, delivering honest advice and practical guidance to clients across industries and locations. You will work in an open, agile, and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience on diverse engagements.

You will lead workstreams, analyze data, generate recommendations, support business development, and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in your chosen field.
• Advanced degree (M.Sc., MBA, or PhD) required.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of projects, gathering and analyzing data; conduct competitor assessments.
• Lead project workstreams and teams; create recommendations and implement solutions with the client.
• Assist business development through generating proposals.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal/external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm-building opportunities, including recruiting, training, and mentoring.
