Job summary

Kearney in Warsaw seeks a Manager to lead engagements, build client relationships, and contribute to business development. You will guide projects, manage teams, and coordinate with colleagues across the firm to deliver strategies that drive short-term results and long-term competitiveness.

Fluent in Polish and English, with 7+ years of experience and an advanced degree, you will mentor staff, manage budgets, and help develop our people in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including team management in an international environment.
• Proven experience leading teams, coaching colleagues, and managing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, intellectually curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree from a leading university – M.Sc., MBA, or Ph.D.
• Fluent in Polish and English

Job description

As a manager at Kearney , you will play a key role in the Warsaw office, helping clients define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and long-term competitiveness. You will lead consulting engagements, build client relationships, and contribute to business development while collaborating with colleagues across the firm. Managers lead projects for some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in Poland and the region. They thrive in dynamic environments, foster strong client relationships, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results. In this role, you will manage project content, timelines, budgets, and resources, while contributing to the development of our people and firm.
