Job summary

PepsiCo Kraków is seeking a Presentation & Graphic Support Specialist to assist in creating, designing and formatting digital presentations and data visualizations for Sales & Marketing teams in France. You will refine ad hoc drafts to aligned, visually engaging assets, ensure brand consistency and collaborate with your line manager to plan the production calendar and deliver high‑quality slides on time.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and English and French

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint skills including master slides and animations.
• French and English language proficiency are mandatory.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency.
• Experience in commercial design and data visualization with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to apply brand design systems across assets.
• Fluency in an all-English business environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative with marketing/service teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in creating, designing, and formatting digital presentations.
• Create related assets like newsletters, zoom backgrounds, logos, etc.
