Job summary

24x7 Direct is seeking a detail-obsessed Prepress Graphic Designer to join our production team for hospitality art projects. You will prepare final art files for large-format printing and ensure print-ready accuracy across installations.

This full-time remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a portfolio showcasing graphic design, layout, and presentation work. Night shift work is expected, with Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare final art files for large-format printing across hospitality installations.
• Perform color correction, image resolution checks, and file cleanup to ensure print-ready accuracy.
• Set up bleeds, trims, color profiles (CMYK/spot color), and proofing for multiple substrates and vendors.
• Catch and resolve file errors before production, the last line of defense before print.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate design files into production-ready output.
• Maintain organized file archives and production specs across active projects.

ARTISTIC TEST needs to be completed before your interview with the client.

Our client is a hospitality art company with 40 years of industry experience, producing custom and licensed artwork for hotel brands. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Prepress Graphic Designer to join our production team.

What you'll do:

• Prepare final art files for large-format printing, canvas, and framed reproduction across hospitality installations
• Perform color correction, image resolution checks, and file cleanup to ensure print-ready accuracy
• Set up bleeds, trims, color profiles (CMYK/spot color), and proofing for multiple substrates and vendors
• Catch and resolve file errors before they hit production, this role is the last line of defense before print
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate design files into flawless production-ready output
• Maintain organized file archives and production specs across active projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and presentation work
• Working knowledge of color management, print specifications, and file prep
• Sharp eye for detail and consistency, nothing gets past you
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

Use of time tracking software during work hours

Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.
