Job summary

Billennium is seeking a visionary Head of Cloud to own the Cloud Delivery Domain and drive cloud transformation across a global client base. You will lead a distributed team, shape Azure-focused capabilities, and align technology delivery with revenue, growth, and client outcomes.

You will be responsible for portfolio strategy, profitability, and capability building, partnering with Sales and Architecture to create scalable cloud offerings that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT delivery, technology consulting, or domain leadership roles.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and pre-sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead global and distributed teams while developing senior leaders.

Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic technology and delivery leader to lead our global Cloud Delivery Domain, with Microsoft Azure as the core technology focus while shaping broader cloud capabilities aligned with client and market needs.

As Head of Cloud, you will own the Cloud Domain as a business, delivery, and capability unit. You will lead a globally distributed organization, drive profitable growth, oversee delivery excellence, and build scalable cloud capabilities that support Billennium’s long-term success.

This role combines business leadership, technology expertise, operational excellence, and customer engagement, making it ideal for a leader passionate about cloud transformation and organizational growth.

What You Will Do

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT delivery, technology consulting, or domain leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue growth, margins, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including architecture, governance, security, migration, and modernization.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise cloud programs with accountability for scope, quality, timeline, cost, and risk.
• Strong experience managing cloud project portfolios, delivery governance, and recovery initiatives.
• Experience growing technology capabilities through service development, talent strategy, and organizational scaling.
• Executive-level stakeholder management, customer engagement, and pre-sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead global and distributed teams while developing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud market trends, vendor ecosystems, and investment planning.

Nice to Have

• AWS and/or Google Cloud experience.
• Advanced cloud and architecture certifications, particularly within Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with FinOps, platform engineering, or AI-driven cloud platforms.
• Public speaking, thought leadership, webinar, or conference experience.
