Job summary

SPOC in Poznań is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales and delivery teams during pre-sales with a strong focus on new logos and new product introductions. You will shape solutions, build trust, and help turn opportunities into wins.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform from a customer, business, or consulting perspective, and ability to translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Polish and good command of English (B2 or higher) in spoken and written form.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate into real-life solutions.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, demonstrated by use cases.
• Interest in new technologies, products, and business models.
• Proactive, collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Your Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales and delivery teams during the pre-sales phase, with a strong focus on new customers (new logos), new lines of business, and new product introductions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, building trust with prospects, and helping turn opportunities into wins.

Skills We Are Looking For
