Job description

We are looking for a hands‑on and reliable PDI (Pre‑Delivery Inspection) Inspector to join our warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring all machines entering and leaving our facility meet quality standards and are ready for delivery to customers.

The position combines technical inspection, basic maintenance, and general warehouse duties, so we’re looking for someone practical, detail‑oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on machines before dispatch
• Inspect incoming machines and equipment upon arrival
• Identify, document, and report faults, damages, or missing parts
• Carry out basic cleaning and preparation of machines
• Ensure machines meet company quality and safety standards
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records
• Support minor maintenance tasks where required
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment
• Participate in general warehouse duties (organization, stock handling, housekeeping)
• Work closely with service and operations teams

Requirements

• Technical mindset (mechanical/electrical understanding is a strong advantage)
• Experience in machinery, automotive, construction equipment, or similar field preferred
• Ability to identify faults and assess equipment condition
• Good attention to detail and responsibility for quality
• Basic computer skills (for reporting and documentation)
• Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
• Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks
• Team player with a proactive attitude
