We develop innovative solutions for agricultural machinery automation, helping farmers make their work easier, smarter, and more sustainable.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing and managing corporate events (online and offline) such as trade shows and field days
  • Representing FieldBee at industry events, within local tech communities, and in professional associations
  • Engaging with existing and potential customers and distributors to build strong connections and communicate in a relatable way
  • Order, control of production, and delivery of printing materials & equipment for events
  • Monitoring media daily and identifying opportunities for Event activities
  • Providing events & support for internal HR initiatives
  • Conducting ongoing market analysis, tracking communication trends, and preparing data‑driven reports
  • Building and managing an influencer engagement channel.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience with precision farming is a strong plus
  • Experience in organizing/taking part in external events such as international exhibitions
  • Experience in the production of printed materials
  • Good knowledge of English - both written and spoken
  • Driver's license cat B
  • Strong eye for design and visual communication
  • Experience with analytical tools is a plus
  • Understanding of the agriculture industry is a plus
