Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Enterprise Administrator to oversee the administration, governance, security, and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform across the enterprise. This permanent role is based in Warsaw on a hybrid basis, with opportunities to influence platform strategy and adoption.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, low‑code solutions and ensure governance, licensing, and platform health.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem with Power Platform expertise.
• Experience managing governance frameworks, security controls, environments, and connectors.
• Strong background in IT service management and ALM processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with standards.
• Support rollout of new capabilities, governance processes, and platform standards.
• Act as primary escalation point for platform issues and stakeholders.
• Maintain platform documentation and end‑user instructions.
• Partner with business/tech stakeholders to enable low‑code and AI powered solutions.
