Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to lead governance and DTAP implementations across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents. This remote role focuses on establishing robust ALM, release processes, and secure access controls while enabling scalable deployments.

You will drive policy enforcement, security configurations, and documentation, collaborating with stakeholders in Poland and beyond to ensure governance meets business needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience implementing governance controls and managing Power Platform environments.
• Experience designing DTAP environments and ALM processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
• Ability to configure governance policies, security controls, and access management.
• Familiarity with platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling.
• Experience remediating existing Power Platform estates (apps, flows, workspaces, reports).
• Strong communication with stakeholders to balance business and governance needs.
• Fluent Polish and English; residency in Poland.

• Introduce operational ownership practices, including application inventory and lifecycle management.
• Develop governance documentation and provide training for sustainability of the model.

Job description

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect with extensive experience in Power Platform to join a dynamic team focused on governance and delivery. In this hands‑on role, you will design and implement governance controls that ensure a secure and manageable platform structure. You will be responsible for establishing operational Development, Test, Acceptance, and Production (DTAP) environments, as well as implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. This position is remote, allowing you to collaborate with a talented team while contributing to impactful projects. Your tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong expertise in implementing governance controls and managing Power Platform environments
• Practical experience with designing and implementing DTAP environments and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Hands‑on knowledge of Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD processes
• Ability to configure and enforce governance policies, security controls, and access management
• Knowledge of platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling
• Experience managing and remediating existing Power Platform estates (apps, flows, workspaces, reports, semantic models)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to balance business needs and governance requirements
• Fluent Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of test data management and rollback strategies for Power Platform deployments
• Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem
• Previous work with enterprise-scale Power Platform environments
