Job summary

Ework Group is seeking a MS Power Platform Developer for a hybrid role in Poland (Gdansk/Gdynia/Warsaw). You will join the Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) project, focusing on Power Platform, data handling and risk management across the bank.

The role requires expertise in Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate, plus MS SQL and DAX. You will contribute to data visualization, ETL and compliance-aware solutions within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Excel.
• Strong MS SQL and DAX proficiency.
• Experience with ETL, data models and data optimization.
• Risk, compliance or audit experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and data visualization.

• Streamline and optimise non-financial risk management across the company.

For our Client from the banking industry, we are looking for MS Power Platform Developer – hybrid work in Gdansk/Gdynia/Warsaw 3 days at the office is required. Power BI Developer to join our Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA), company's tool for managing non-financial risks across the bank.

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Have expert knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Power family (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate), Microsoft Excel (clean up data, relate and connect tables, etc.)
• Have expert knowledge and experience with MS SQL and DAX
• Have experience with ETL of structured and non-structured data, data models and optimization of data
• Previous experience in risk, compliance and audit areas is advantage
• Experience agile methodology
• Experience from data handling and data visualization
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
