Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is building a global Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform. You will oversee enterprise-scale administration, governance, and automation to keep the environment secure, scalable, and highly available for thousands of users.

As a senior Power BI professional, you will design pipelines, manage capacities and deployments, implement monitoring, and develop tooling with PowerShell and Python while guiding users and shaping long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise Power BI administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI tenant administration, governance, and platform configuration.
• Experience managing workspaces, capacities, deployment pipelines, and security models.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell or Python.
• Experience implementing monitoring, telemetry, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards for operational or platform management.
• Understanding of DevOps and release management practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the enterprise Power BI platform.
• Configure and manage Power BI capacities, workspaces, and deployment pipelines.
• Design operational dashboards and governance reports.
• Implement monitoring, telemetry, and alerting solutions.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Support platform security, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Enable and manage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Copilot, and AI capabilities.
• Produce technical documentation and architecture designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Power BI users across the organization.
• Drive platform improvements and contribute to the long-term Power BI strategy.
