Job summary

Softeta seeks a Power BI Engineer to join our client-facing team, delivering BI dashboards that empower data-driven decisions. You will model data, optimize dashboards, and implement GenAI-powered insights across Snowflake and dbt environments.

Ideal candidates have strong Power BI and SQL skills, experience with DAX, and a passion for scalable analytics in an Agile, hybrid/remote setting. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.
• Hands-on with dbt, Snowflake, and modern data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Developing new Power BI dashboards to enhance internal reporting capabilities.
• Building intelligent dashboards to surface key insights for users.
• Refactoring and optimizing existing dashboards for maintainability and rollout.
• Implementing multi-language support for Power BI dashboards.
• Supporting dbt models improvements and Snowflake integration.
• Preparing data and enabling AI-powered insights with Power BI and dbt.
• Improving report development with Git-based version control and GenAI docs.
