Job summary

UST Global is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to drive enterprise reporting transformation and modernize analytics platforms for a global organization. The role blends hands-on Power BI development, data modeling, architecture, and technical leadership across stakeholders and data teams.

You will lead large-scale migrations from legacy reporting to Power BI, implement governance and CI/CD, and push for scalable, secure analytics with a modern data stack that includes Power BI,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BI / data analytics experience.
• Strong Power BI development and architecture expertise.
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake experience.
• Deep understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Experience with semantic models, star schemas, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience leading reporting modernization and migrations.
• Stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Define semantic model, dimensional modeling, and reporting standards.
• Design scalable data models, reporting views, and semantic layers.
• Migrate legacy reporting to Power BI (SSRS/SSAS/Excel).
• Optimize Snowflake queries and reporting performance.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Establish governance, security, deployment, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor BI developers and provide technical leadership.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive BI process improvements.
