Job summary

A consulting company is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer for a remote role based in Poland. In this position, you will cooperate with business partners to translate key metrics into high-quality analytics solutions. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in Power BI development and a solid understanding of DAX, along with familiarity with MS SQL Server and other technologies. This is a full-time B2B contract position for a banking client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with Power BI development.
• Good understanding of DAX language.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2012+, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS is a plus.
• Understanding of database warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Jira, Git are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with business partners to translate key metrics into analytics solutions.
• Design business-relevant reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Job location:

This is a 12-month B2b contract role for a banking client in one of the largest Swiss banks. Due to Covid-19, this role will be based as remote working in Poland.

Your role as an experienced Power BI Developer:

Your role:

• Youwill cooperate with our business partners to identify, understand, andtranslate key metrics into high-quality analytics solutions designed toenhance and improve critical business processes.
• Youwould design business-relevant reports and dashboards

· Develop reports and dashboardsin Power BI (both import and live mode) and maintain existing reports anddashboards

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+years’ experience with Power BI development.
• Goodunderstanding of DAX language.
• Hands-onexperience with one or more technologies: MS SQL Server 2012+, T-SQL,SSIS, SSAS (tabular models), SSRS is a plus.
• Understandingof database warehousing concepts.
• Experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics AX, Jira, Git are a plus.
