Job summary

Elitmind is a Polish consulting firm helping enterprise clients turn data into actionable reporting and analytics. The role focuses on the Power BI layer, from understanding business needs to designing data models and building reports that drive adoption.

You will work with the Microsoft Data ecosystem, collaborate with data engineers, and run Power BI workshops with both technical and non-technical users in a client-facing capacity. Flexible remote/hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands on experience with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX and Power Query.
• Experience designing dimensional data models and working with Power BI design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and BI concepts.
• Good understanding of data visualization principles.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating their needs into analytical solutions.
• Confidence running Power BI workshops or training.

• Talk directly with clients to understand what they need from their data and translate that into a technical solution.
• Design dimensional data models and build Power BI reports using proven design patterns and visualization principles.
• Improve existing reports and models for better performance, usability or business value.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the reporting layer uses high-quality data.
• Support enterprise clients in Power BI adoption and build solutions beyond a single dashboard or team.
• Run Power BI workshops and training for both technical and non-technical users.

Location: 100% remote or hybrid - you choose. You are always more than welcome to book a desk in one of our offices located in Warsaw or Krakow

You'll help enterprise clients turn data into reporting and analytical solutions they can actually use. You'll work across the Power BI layer, from understanding business needs and designing data models to building reports, supporting adoption and running workshops with users.

And because Power BI doesn't live on its own, you'll stay close to the wider Microsoft Data ecosystem, Data Platforms and the engineers who build them.

What you will actually work on?

• Talk directly with clients to understand what they need from their data and why, then translate that into a technical solution.
• Design dimensional data models and build Power BI reports using proven design patterns and visualization principles.
• Improve existing reports and models when performance, usability or business value can be better.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to make sure the reporting layer is built on reliable, high quality data.
• Support enterprise clients in Power BI adoption, helping them build solutions that can work beyond a single dashboard or team.
• Run Power BI workshops and training, sharing your knowledge with both technical and non technical users.

What you will work with?

• Depending on the project, you may also work around Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics or Snowflake.
