Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw invites a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the WIB_PACMAN project, focusing on personalized antibody–drug conjugates activated by matrix metalloproteinases for solid tumors. Qualifications

• PhD in chemical or biochemical sciences or related field.
• Experience in peptide synthesis and purification, biochemistry assays, bioimaging, and cell culture.
• Published at least two publications as the first author in an international peer‑reviewed journal.

Responsibilities

• Experiments and sample preparation: preparing experimental systems, including peptide‑based fluorescent probes, biological samples, and relevant cellular and tissue models.
• Peptide synthesis and biochemical characterization: conducting peptide synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization, and biochemical experiments to investigate proteases.
• Advanced fluorescence measurements and quantitative imaging: performing microscopy and quantitative fluorescence imaging to monitor protease activity in real time.
• Data analysis and interpretation: processing, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data.
• Documentation and reporting: preparing experimental documentation, summaries of results, and contributing to publications.
