sennder is seeking a Tax Accounting Specialist in Wroclaw to own all tax matters for Polish entities and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will oversee VAT reporting, statutory reporting, and act as the tax advisor to internal teams, collaborating with Accounting, Operations, Product, and Finance to drive improvements.

The role requires strong Polish tax knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Polish taxation, preferably within an international company or Big Four.
• Strong knowledge of Polish VAT regulations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax.
• Strong knowledge of statutory financial statement requirements.
• Strong knowledge of statistical reporting obligations in Poland.
• Experience preparing and reviewing VAT returns and tax declarations.
• Experience supporting statutory audits and financial statement preparation.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own all tax matters for Polish entities and ensure local compliance.
• Oversee VAT reporting processes and coordinate statutory reporting.
• Act as tax advisor to internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Product.
• Monitor changes in Polish tax legislation and assess impact on the business.
• Coordinate with local authorities and external tax advisors.
• Prepare VAT returns and tax declarations; review for accuracy.
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and tax disclosures.
• Participate in audits and cross-team process improvements.
