gardy.me is seeking a local coordinator in Poland for October 2026 to support Polish-language content naturalness and filming logistics. You will act as the local contact, assist with content production, partner communication and project visibility, and ensure language quality throughout shoots and post-production.

The role requires residency in Poland, strong Polish and Russian language skills, and prior marketing/content production experience.

Qualifications

• Based in Poland and available during October 2026.
• Fluent, natural Polish and very good Russian; English is an advantage.
• Experience in marketing, social media, content production, video coordination or similar projects.
• Independent, organized and comfortable communicating with people and business partners.

Responsabilités

• Identify and contact actors or local community members for planned promos.
• Review Polish scripts, captions, and on-screen copy for naturalness and consistency.
• Recommend filming locations and help organise shoots.
• Attend filming sessions and provide Polish language feedback.
• Review captions and language quality during post-production.
• Coordinate with private security and partner teams for project needs.
• Support Polish partner communication and project visibility on social media.
• Maintain an activity log and final handover summary.

gardy.me is preparing to enter the Polish market. We already have our own content and marketing team, but we need someone on the ground in Poland who can help us make our Polish-language content sound natural and help filming run smoothly. This is not a classic Social Media Manager role and not a full-time position. We are looking for a local coordinator for October 2026 - someone who can be our local point of contact in Poland and support content production, partner communication and project visibility.

What you’ll do

• Support the identification of and communication with actors or local community members who may appear in the planned 60 short promotional videos (reels).
• Review Polish scripts, captions and on-screen copy, including materials adapted from Russian or English, for linguistic accuracy, naturalness and message consistency.
• Recommend filming locations and support practical organisation of selected shoots.
• Attend agreed filming sessions and provide real-time Polish-language quality feedback on spoken lines where required.
• Review captions/subtitles and language quality during post-production.
• Support communication with private security companies/mobile patrol teams for project-content and partner-coordination purposes.
• Support Polish partner communication and project visibility/social-media coordination.
• Maintain a concise activity/evidence log and final handover summary.

Who we’re looking for

• based in Poland;
• fluent, natural Polish and very good Russian; English is an advantage;
• experience in marketing, social media, content production, video coordination or similar projects;
• strong language judgement - able to identify copy that may be grammatically correct but sounds unnatural;
• independent, organised and comfortable communicating with people and business partners;
• available during October 2026 and able to support selected offline activities.
