Boeva Tech is seeking a Greek-speaking E-commerce Content Moderator to join our Lisbon team on-site. You will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies, focusing on the Polish market and maintaining quality standards for a global platform.

Role requires Polish (C2) and English (B2) proficiency, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes with rotative shifts. Includes relocation support and a 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with moderation or strong understanding of online platforms.
• Ability to make rational decisions and handle sensitive content professionally.
• Resilience and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with rotative schedules.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Safety: Review and moderate content to ensure it complies with platform policies and e-commerce standards.
• Policy Compliance: Identify potential policy or legal issues and escape cases according to established procedures.
• Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce products, services, and platform policies.
• Adapt to Changes: Work with evolving guidelines, policies, and schedules.
• Handle High Volumes: Manage increased content review volumes during campaigns, promotions, and seasonal peaks.
