Policy Engineer - Remote (EU)

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Policy Engineer to join one of our key partners for a new Enterprise Agent Development Platform project.

The initial contract will run until December 2026 with scope for extension depending on project needs.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote. Candidates must be located within the EU, with preference for consultants based in Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, or Croatia.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 3+ years in Security Engineering or Backend Engineering.
• Strong IAM knowledge (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, ABAC).
• Experience with authorization policies and access control frameworks.
• Policy-as-Code experience (Cedar, OPA, or similar).
• Or strong Agent-to-Agent (A2A) security and authorization expertise.
• Python experience.
• Fluent English.
