Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical learning programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-leader collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Poland learning and capability-building strategy.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that improve performance and leadership effectiveness.
• Plan and deliver learning solutions that accelerate sales force readiness and product launch strategies.
• Introduce innovative learning approaches, tools and methodologies that enhance employee development and engagement.
• Build partnerships across local and global stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve programmes using data and business insights.
