Job summary

Sportradar AG in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a People Advisor for Poland to own end-to-end HR operations, implement global People initiatives locally, and guide leadership and staff on compliance, culture, and engagement.

You will lead employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and local policy adherence, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Benefits to ensure data integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for Poland and ensure local implementations of global People initiatives.
• Serve as country SME for employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, data integrity, and health & safety requirements.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and Benefits to implement people strategies aligned with company values.
