Job summary

Notino is seeking an experienced HR Country Manager for Poland to own HR across the country and partner with the leadership team in the Czech Republic HQ. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on local operations, employment law, employee relations, and the People agenda.

You will lead the Polish HR team, localize policies, ensure compliance, and support business growth in logistics, retail and e-commerce. Fluent Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Polish labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience advising senior leaders and supporting organizational changes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations and implementing global policies locally.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the quality, compliance and effectiveness of HR delivery across our Polish entities.
• Partner with local leadership and act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and managers.
• Lead the local HR team, set direction and priorities, and ensure HR activities work together as one service.
• Implement and localize global HR policies, processes and programs to Polish law and business needs.
• Stay on top of Polish labour law and translate developments into practical recommendations.
• Develop and implement local recruitment strategy and manage external agencies.
• Oversee organizational structures, job descriptions and HR documentation with leadership.
• Plan and monitor HR costs, aligning with business priorities.
