Qualifications

• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment similar to Amazon Operations.
• Extensive experience in labor relations or employment law.
• Experience with collective communication in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees.
• Support managers and HR teams on employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with Polish and EU legislation.

Skills

Fluent in English and Polish (CEFR C2)

Experience in employee relations

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Problem-solving and analytical capability

Knowledge of employment law

Education

Relevant postgraduate education in human resources or employee relations
