Job summary

Signify is seeking a Marketing Communication & Digital Specialist in Warsaw, Poland, to join our Eastern Europe Central team. You will help turn strategies into integrated marketing plans, drive lead generation, and ensure consistent messaging across channels for Poland and Baltic markets.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to activate campaigns, localize content, and engage audiences with storytelling, sustainability, and digital engagement at the core of your work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years in brand communications, digital marketing or related areas.
• Excellent Polish and English written and verbal skills.
• Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience managing digital channels (social, email, websites).
• Understanding of branding principles and multi-channel activation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, with tech tooling experience.
• Curious and proactive with emerging technologies, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate brand communications for B2B audiences in Poland and Baltic markets.
• Localize and activate global campaigns with locally relevant initiatives.
• Create, adapt, and coordinate content across digital and offline channels.
• Drive digital communications to increase brand visibility and demand generation.
• Ensure consistent Signify brand identity and guidelines across touchpoints.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers, provide clear briefs and governance.
• Support internal comms to strengthen employee engagement and alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
