Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków offers a part-time PMO, Training & Enablement internship to help project teams by organizing documentation, training materials, and standardized processes.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Application Managers, and Business Analysts, gaining hands-on IT project delivery experience and developing skills in Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• University student in CS/IT or related field (2nd-4th year).
• Polish and English at C1+.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to present findings clearly.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
• Willing to work hybrid in Kraków (~24–30 h/week during term).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation and guidelines.
• Support PMO and project activities using Azure DevOps, Jira, or Excel.
• Organize training materials and onboarding content.
• Coordinate meetings and summarize decisions.
• Standardize templates and reporting for consistency.
• Assist in IT service delivery and knowledge sharing.
