Job summary

Valeo Service in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland, seeks a Platform Product Technical Leader to drive technical architecture across hardware and software, coordinating designers, electronics, and prototyping teams.

You’ll own PDP/ASPICE compliant processes, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the main technical contact between engineers, customers, and internal departments, shaping product delivery from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with experience leading R&D projects in automotive.
• Knowledge of PDP, ASPICE, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to organize work in an interdisciplinary team and connect engineers, clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and task distribution to the project team.
• Act as the main technical contact linking engineers, customers and internal departments.
• Oversee product lifecycle per PDP and industry standards including schedules.
• Monitor hours, BOM costs, change processes and initiate DtC actions.
• Conduct formal Design/Engineering Gate Reviews and manage risk.
