Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills in Node.js and/or Java.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of AI-enabled engineering practices and API design.
• Focus on security, reliability, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tooling that supports architecture and platform initiatives.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java.
• Work with PostgreSQL and other data sources with strong data modelling.
• Build and improve web UI components for architects and engineering teams.
• Apply agentic engineering practices to orchestrate autonomous AI agents for build/test/deploy use cases.
• Implement robust integration patterns, including MCP, tool/function calling, and API connectivity.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, performance, observability, testing, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to automation, code reviews, and operational support for live services.
