Job summary

Paramount Warszawa is hiring to lead a brand-new centralized performance testing platform for games development. You will design the architecture, data models, and user experience, enabling unified performance insights across engines while shaping the platform from the ground up.

You’ll work with software engineers, game developers, QA, and operations to streamline delivery, automate pipelines, and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure. English communication is essential in a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, build automation, delivery and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Strong collaboration, English communication, and ability to learn new languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized performance testing platform for games development.
• Design software architecture, databases, and system experience for scalable performance data.
• Collaborate with architects, game developers, QA, and operations to remove bottlenecks.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks, and develop self-service tools for developers.
• Implement and manage containers, VMs, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
