Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, logging systems).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and tool development.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of core platform services and databases.
• Handle infrastructure requests and support development teams with platform needs.
• Participate in production incident response and resolution.
• Build platform services that enable self-service for common operations.
• Create automation scripts and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement GitOps workflows using Flux for infrastructure management.
• Develop Terraform modules and AWS infrastructure as code patterns.
• Design observability dashboards and alerting systems.
• Document operational processes and create platform runbooks.
• Establish platform standards and best practices for service deployment.
• Contribute to evolving our platform capabilities and operational maturity.
