Slate is looking for a hands-on Plant Vehicle Engineering Technician, Electrical Systems & Harness Support to support launch readiness, production quality, and issue resolution for low-voltage systems, high-voltage electrical interfaces, and vehicle harness applications in the manufacturing plant.
This role supports Plant Vehicle Engineering by providing hands-on troubleshooting, inspection, repair validation, and build support for vehicle electrical systems, connectors, terminals, harness routing, grounds, power distribution, modules, and related electrical interfaces.
The position focuses on plant execution, vehicle triage, and physical electrical issue resolution. It does not own electrical design release, but it plays a critical role in identifying build, routing, connector, terminal, continuity, isolation, workmanship, and installation issues that may impact vehicle quality, function, safety, or launch readiness.
