Job summary

Slate is seeking a proactive Group Leader for Facilities and Maintenance to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of the manufacturing facility for the Crew F Shift. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, budget management, and coordination with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

| SALARY RANGE:

The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual)

108,877.00 - 163,316.00 USD Annual
