Tetra Pak in Tomaszkowo, Poland, seeks a Welding Specialist (Parental cover) to drive welding excellence and develop cutting-edge technologies. You will support the factory in quality, develop WPQR/WPS, and collaborate with global welding teams.

The role requires a Master of Science in welding engineering or related field, IWE/EWE VT, fluent English, and 3+ years of experience as a welding technologist/engineer. Parental cover until 30 June 2027 with competitive benefits.

Competenze

Master of science in welding engineering or related field.
IWE or EWE and VT qualifications.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Inventor.

Mansioni

Develop new welding technologies and drive technology transfer projects.
Develop and implement WPQR and WPS.
Monitor welders’ performance and certify welders.
Maintain a register of valid welder competence approvals and WPQR/WPS.
Maintain a register of welding quality.
Develop local procedures to meet legal and company requirements.
Lead or participate in improvements to enhance welding quality and repeatability.
Participate in a global network of welding coordinators to ensure core welding competencies.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14731 and ISO 3834-2.
Provide training for welders (Lead Welding Academy development).
