Job summary

BYD Europe seeks a Technical Service Engineer to provide regional technical support, remote diagnostics, and onsite service across Poland, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will organize regional visits, report faults, prepare technical notices, and support special events while collaborating with HQ and partners. Requires engineering degree, 2+ years experience, Polish and English fluency, and willingness to travel in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Poland.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Regional Technical Support: Provide timely technical solutions through the service portal, remote diagnostics, and onsite support.
• Regular Regional Visits: Organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously enhance regional technical capabilities.
• Fault Reporting: Collect and report information on typical fault tendencies, the latest and critical faults, and promote instant solutions to quality problem
• Technical Documentation: Develop and release technical notices and document typical technical repair cases.
• Special Event Management: Provide timely onsite support with quick solutions, conduct technical research and analysis according to stakeholder instructions, and respond instantly to special events.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability, standard and high efficiency technical operation.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
• Technical Background: NEV (New Energy Vehicle) technical background is preferable.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
