Job summary

ALGOTEQUE Innovation Hub in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support delivery, configuration, validation, and ongoing operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems within a pharmaceutical R&D environment.

This role combines technical analysis, system configuration, infrastructure coordination, validation, and user support to ensure reliable and compliant laboratory software solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with GxP and non-GxP environments.
• Understanding of chromatography data systems and lab instrument integrations.
• Experience with software lifecycle management, validation, and regulated deployments.
• Hands-on IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts development and execution.
• Troubleshooting laboratory software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity.
• Coordinating technical activities across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Leadership or mentoring of small technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and deployment of laboratory instrument data systems.
• Configure on-premises and AWS resources to support workflows and applications.
• Serve as primary technical contact for business users and support teams.
• Coordinate infrastructure, software deployment, and migration with cross-functional teams.
• Support releases, validation, and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and validation tests.
• Prepare SDLC and validation documentation per GxP.
• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity.
• Deliver technical docs, user guidance, and training materials.
• Conduct user trainings and ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver lab technology initiatives.
