Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. is seeking an Inspector to perform inspection work at petroleum and petrochemical terminals, refineries, and aboard ships and barges.

The role includes quantification, sampling, and supervision of petroleum products, chemical goods, and lubricating oils in line with API and Saybolt guidelines. Key duties include measuring quantities on ships, surveying by draft, inspecting tank cleanliness, and supervising loading/unloading while ensuring HSSEQ compliance.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education.
• Work experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with third parties on business matters.
• Capability to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify liquids and various goods on ships and in tanks according to industry standards.
• Supervise loading/unloading of goods and oversee weighing on truck and rail scales.
• Collect and label samples for analysis and ensure safety and confidentiality.
