Overview

As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role on a high-performing team, helping customers across the country find personalized coverage through a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers. This is a remote position in most U.S. states (with the exception of California).

Uncapped Earning Potential

The compensation package is designed to reward performance:

  • Base salary plus generous commissions on every sale above your monthly floor
  • On Target earnings (OTE) with a variable component of $30,000 (uncapped)
  • Sign-on bonus of $2,500 (eligibility varies by license at time of hire)
  • Bonuses and incentives including contests, high-premium incentives, and elite sales clubs
  • Top performers historically earning $100K+; some exceed $160K

Salary and compensation are reviewed twice a year to remain competitive with market data.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more—meeting real customer needs daily
  • Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email—connecting with customers on their preferred channel to provide a seamless, personalized experience
  • Access 80+ insurance carriers to tailor the best-fit policies for each customer
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and technology to streamline workflows and maximize impact
  • Close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)
What You Bring to the Table
  • 10+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
  • Experience in a contact center with multiple carriers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—phone and written
  • Tech-savvy, motivated, adaptable

Our agency operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. For this role, you’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, including at least one weekend day, with three days off to rest and recharge. During the interview, we’ll collaborate to build a schedule that fits your life and delivers a great experience for our customers.
