About the Role

As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role on a high-performing team, helping customers across the country find personalized coverage through a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers.

This is a remote position open to candidates in most U.S. states (with the exception of California).

Note: compensation is competitive and reviewed biannually. Base salary and on-target earnings are disclosed in the job posting.

Uncapped Earning Potential

The formula is simple: more sales = more income.

Base salary plus generous commissions for every sale above your monthly floor. Exciting bonuses including contests and elite sales clubs. Top performers consistently earn $100K+ — some exceed $160K.

$2,500 sign-on bonus (eligibility varies by active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines licenses at time of hire).

What You’ll Do
  • Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more—meeting real customer needs daily.
  • Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email—connecting with customers on their preferred channel to create a seamless, personalized experience.
  • Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each customer—no one-size-fits-all options.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and tech to streamline your workflow and boost earnings.
  • Close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads—no cold calling, just real conversations with real customers.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 10+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
  • Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—phone and written
  • Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable

Our schedule: Our agency operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. For this role, you’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, including at least one weekend day, with three days off. We’ll work with you during the interview to build a schedule that fits your life and serves our customers well.
