We’ve already made preventive care accessible to thousands — but we’re just getting started. Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, a hands‑on expert who will scale our paid growth engine and turn data into predictable, efficient acquisition.

About the role

This is a pure performance role. Zero corporate maintenance, lots of ownership.

You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising all paid digital channels — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others. You’ll own the performance marketing budget, ensure efficiency, and continuously improve key KPIs: CAC, new user acquisition, conversion rate and revenue.

You’ll work closely with Product and Data teams, using analytics and experimentation to improve the funnel and scale what works. You’ll also collaborate with creatives, content and external partners — but your core is PPC excellence and performance optimisation.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes PPC, attribution and analytics
  • Easily switches between strategy, execution and deep-dive analysis
  • Can build campaigns from scratch, optimise them daily and scale budgets responsibly
  • Understands user behaviour, landing pages and funnel dynamics
  • Wants impact, ownership and a fast iteration loop
Your key responsibilities
  • Own performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, with a strong focus on D2C.
  • Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax), Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, YouTube and other paid platforms.
  • Manage the performance budget.
  • Analyse and monitor key funnel metrics (traffic, CPC, CTR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Run structured A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, formats and audiences.
  • Cooperate with Product and Data teams to improve the e-commerce funnel and increase conversion rates.
  • Work with Creative teams to generate high‑performing ad assets.
  • Ensure high‑quality reporting and forecasting for campaigns and budgets.
  • Build and optimise marketing automation flows (email marketing, SMS, CRM) to increase activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Creating and optimizing email workflows that drive activation, engagement, and upsell — and improving them continuously.
  • Boosting email performance: open rates, deliverability, CTR, and everything in between— and keep raising the bar.
  • Growing our marketing database in a healthy, scalable, and compliant way.
  • Running bold growth experiments.
What will help you succeed
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels with strong ROI.
  • Senior‑level experience in PPC, email marketing, lifecycle automation — with clear examples of how your work moved key metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker/Data Studio, attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of events, tracking, attribution, consent.
  • Understanding of keyword tools (Ahrefs or similar) and know how to turn search insights into meaningful marketing actions.
  • Strong analytical and numerical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards and experimentation.
  • Experience with landing page optimisation and funnel analysis.
  • Strong ownership, independence and ability to get things done.
  • Fluent in Polish and good command of English.
  • Based in Warsaw (3 days/week in our office).
  • Experience in startups or health/diagnostics industry is a plus.
