Support the smooth and compliant execution of people-related processes by maintaining accurate employee data, executing key HR lifecycle operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role contributes to Autodoc’s operational excellence by being the backbone of employee data integrity, process consistency, and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize core HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contract management, job changes, employee data updates), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a best-in-class employee experience.
- Act as the HR systems authority, driving improvements, audits, and strategic use of Workday to enhance data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver actionable workforce insights through advanced HR analytics, dashboards, and predictive reporting to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure enterprise‑wide compliance and audit readiness, establishing and enforcing standards for personnel files, documentation, and HR processes across regions.
- Influence cross‑functional initiatives, collaborating with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Culture Activation, HRBPs, IT, and leadership to streamline processes, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
- Champion process automation and optimization, identifying opportunities, piloting solutions, and driving adoption to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Standardize and elevate HR documentation and SOPs, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with organizational best practices.
- Act as a contact for employees.
Core Capabilities & Skills
- Excel / Google Sheets Expertise
- Advanced formula use (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, IF statements, data validation).
- Creating pivot tables, charts, and dashboards.
- Data cleaning and reconciliation for accuracy and reporting.
- HRIS Systems (e.g., Workday): Data entry, auditing, and reporting.
- Service Desk Tools: Ticket management, SLA tracking, and query resolution.
- Document Management: File organization, electronic archiving, and version control.
- Process Automation Awareness: Familiarity with digital workflows, macros, or data import/export between systems (bonus).
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Understanding of GDPR, internal controls, and document retention policies.
