PX Operations Specialist with French or Italian
About us:

SKF People Experience Operations Centre in Poznan is a quickly growing part of SKF Group.

As part of the People Service team, you will:
  • Perform monthly People Core data audits to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Monitor and update HR documentation when required
  • Cooperate closely with country teams to support ongoing processes
  • Manage employee data in local and global systems and meet Service Level Agreements
  • Support HR analytics and reporting and contribute to process improvements
  • Handle Time and Attendance corrections and maintain accurate employee records
Ideally, you will bring with you:
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • Responsible and proactive approach, with solid communication skills and confidence in using English as a working language; additional knowledge of French or Italian is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
  • Positive, can‑do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality
