A leading micromobility operator in Poland is seeking a People Advisor to manage HR operations and talent acquisition for their central warehouse in Poznań. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills in both Polish and English, and a solid understanding of Polish labor law. As the People Advisor for Poland, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and hands‑on support on HR and Talent Acquisition across the Polish organisation. In this role you will focus on the day‑to‑day HR Operations and recruitment for our central warehouse in Poznań, and provide HR business partnering to the local managers. In addition to ensuring compliance with the local labor laws and smooth execution of HR processes, the HR Manager will play an important role in promoting Voi’s culture and values, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
