YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the People Advisor for Poland, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and hands‑on support on HR and Talent Acquisition across the Polish organisation. In this role you will focus on the day‑to‑day HR Operations and recruitment for our central warehouse in Poznań, and provide HR business partnering to the local managers. In addition to ensuring compliance with the local labor laws and smooth execution of HR processes, the HR Manager will play an important role in promoting Voi’s culture and values, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. This will include:

Talent Acquisition
  • End‑to‑end recruitment for warehouse positions in Poznań, in close collaboration with the hiring managers.
  • Coordinating and ensuring a seamless onboarding for new employees.
HR Operations
  • Day‑to‑day HR administration, managing contracts, ensuring accuracy in HR systems and employee data, and providing accurate data and reports as needed.
  • Supporting the finance team and external payroll provider.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Employee Relations & Manager Support
  • Answering employee questions and resolving HR tickets.
  • Supporting managers on everyday HR topics, e.g., policies, improvements, and employee relations cases.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Administration of compensation and benefits, and working with local benefit providers
  • Collaborating with the rest of the HR team on pay reviews and benefits alignment.
Training & Development
  • Coordinating trainings, and ensuring participation tracking.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify training needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a hands‑on and pragmatic HR professional, with a good understanding of Polish labor law and the ability to communicate effectively, stay organised and calm, and work proactively to solve problems in a fast‑paced operational environment. In addition to being professionally fluent in Polish and English, we believe the right person has:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager role, ideally in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills and professional fluency in Polish and English.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for warehouse positions or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Solid experience in HR operations, including contracts, payroll input, employee documentation, and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and coach managers on day‑to‑day people matters.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data; able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
