Job summary

KOSTAL Group, a global engineering leader, invites applications for a PCB layout engineer at the KOSTAL Automotive Research & Development Center Poland in Wrocław. You will contribute to advanced PCB design, ensuring alignment with hardware teams and production partners across automotive projects.

The role requires at least two years of PCB layout experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with ECAD tools such as Siemens Xpedition or PADS. English at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PCB layout experience.
• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and EMC topics.

Responsibilities

• Align PCB design requirements with hardware designers and production facilities.
• Create placement studies, layout documentation, and production-specific documents.
• Support procurement of PCBs and build samples.
• Collaborate on design rules and introduce new PCB technologies.

• align requirements for PCB designs with responsible hardware designers and production facilities,
• creating placement studies, layout documentation, and production-specific documents,
• supporting the procurement of PCBs and building samples,
• collaborating on design rules and introducing new PCB technologies.

• minimum 2 years of experience in PCB layout
• successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
• good knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and EMC topics
• experience in hardware design
• experience with ECAD tools (Siemens Xpedition/PADS preffered)
• strong communication skills
