Job summary

KOSTAL Group's Automotive Research & Development Center Poland in Wrocław is seeking an experienced PCB Layout Engineer to align requirements with hardware designers and production facilities, create placement studies and production docs, and support PCB procurement and samples.

You will work with ECAD tools (Siemens Xpedition/PADS), bring EMC knowledge, and collaborate on new PCB technologies. English level B2 and a degree in Electrical Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PCB layout experience.
• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field.
• Good knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and EMC topics.
• Experience in hardware design.
• Experience with ECAD tools (Siemens Xpedition/PADS preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• English B2.

Responsibilities

• Align PCB layout requirements with responsible hardware designers and production facilities.
• Creating placement studies, layout documentation, and production-specific documents.
• Supporting the procurement of PCBs and building samples.
• Collaborating on design rules and introducing new PCB technologies.
