BEC is seeking a Payroll & HR Partner (Junior or Mid) to join our Talent Attraction & Payroll team in Warsaw. The role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility up to eight days per month, reporting to Natalia Faccio.

• Educational background within HR, payroll, administration, law, or a related field (preferred).
• Interest in payroll processes, HR administration, and Polish labor law.
• Be eager to learn, develop, and take ownership of your work.
• Feel comfortable working with data, processes, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform HR administration activities (employment documentation, benefits, accounts and accesses etc.) together with the other team members.
• Respond to questions from employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and established processes.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and data extracts, including support for audits.
• Maintain and update employee data and organizational changes in our systems.
• Contribute to improving data quality and operational excellence.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and ways of working.

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Partner (Junior or Mid) to join our Talent Attraction & Payroll team in Warsaw.

This is a great opportunity for someone who may already have some experience in payroll, HR administration, or HR operations and is eager to develop further in a professional, supportive, and fast-changing environment. We are looking for a person who is highly structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality. Most importantly, you bring a positive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

You will join a team of four experienced Payroll & HR Partners who support the organization with payroll and HR administration. Together, we ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, compliance, and great employee experience.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience within payroll, HR administration, HR operations, or a similar area
• Educational background within HR, payroll, administration, law, or a related field (preferred)

• Feel comfortable working with data, processes, and administrative tasks
