Job description

TripleTen is an award-winning online school among technology bootcamps. Our mission is to help people change their lives and succeed in technology. We offer flexibility in studies, career mentoring, resume and portfolio preparation, and we guarantee employment after the course. Our employability rate among graduates is 87% across our Web Development, Quality Assurance (QA), Data Analytics, and Data Science programs.

We're looking for a Payments Product Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end payment processes in LATAM region and help to improve the way we handle payment operations for our students. This role is focused on system performance, analytics, and process clarity rather than feature delivery.

You will report to the Head of Growth and will be responsible for improving payment conversion, reducing fail rates and revenue leakage, optimizing transaction costs, and ensuring that payment operations work smoothly.

What you will do:
  • Bring order and stability to the payments flow.
  • Map the full customer journey across all payment-related processes (checkout → payment → refund), establish clear ownership between teams, define SLAs for requests from Sales and Billing, and work with the Ops Lead to keep the payments flow predictable and stable.
  • Improve conversion and reduce payment failures. Analyze payment performance across channels and partners, identify the root causes of failed transactions, collaborate with Engineering and Product on fixes, and confirm improvements using data and measurable results.
  • Build clear and reliable payment analytics. Define key metrics such as success rate, fail rate, refund rate, and partner fees, build dashboards and automated reporting, ensure data accuracy with the analytics team, and provide regular insights to Growth and Finance.
  • Optimize payment costs and manage partners. Analyze partner fees and performance, identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve terms, provide insights to BizDev and Finance for negotiations, and ensure fee and partner data is accurate and up to date in internal systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager, with a strong focus on financial metrics and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Strong product and financial analytics skills — confident working with funnels, cohorts, revenue data, and unit economics.
  • Hands-on experimentation experience — designing, running, and scaling A/B tests and implementing successful outcomes into the product.
  • Ability to clearly present experiment results, interpret growth metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work effectively with different teams, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly across teams and leadership.
  • Excellent systems thinking and communication skills, with the ability to structure complexity and drive alignment.
What we can offer you:
  • Direct impact on revenue and core business metrics.
  • High autonomy to explore, test, and improve processes.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
  • A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
  • All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).
