We are seeking an independent person who, as a Payment Specialist, will be responsible for payment processes and the dispatch of payment cards to customers in Poland.

Your future challenges:
  • Matching payments that the system can not match itself.
  • Sending payment cards to customers.
  • Occasionally assisting colleagues who process customer requests.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Min. 6 months of experience in payment processing, finance operations, customer service, or data administration.
  • Hands‑on experience working with financial systems, payment platforms.
  • Skilled in entering and matching payments quickly and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial products (consumer credit).
  • Providing high quality customer service with minimal need for supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and maintain service standards.
  • Diligence and reliability in handling sensitive data.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Comfortably work with numerical data.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (min. B1) and Polish (min. C1 level).
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google applications.
