Instead, we embrace Agile leadership, true partnership, and a meaningful impact on patients' lives. As a Patient Journey Partner Leader (PJP Leader), you will lead a team of Patient Journey Partners (PJPs). You combine strong analytical capability with strategic vision - translating complex data into actionable insights and high-impact decisions that drive long-term business growth. You demonstrate a VACC leadership mindset - you possess natural empathy, active listening skills, and genuine passion for developing others (coaching experience, e.g., Co-Active Coaching, is a strong plus!). You understand Agile ways of working - you know how network structures and squads operate (Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Trainer certifications are welcome). You combine business acumen with initiative - you can deliver targets while flexibly adapting to market changes.
