As the Product Owner - DDS Pathology Lab, you will drive the design and definition of next-generation software systems that empower diagnostic pathology. In this role, you will apply deep expertise in software systems design architecture to translate complex customer workflows into precise technical design specifications. Serving as a servant leader to an agile team, you will own the delivery of design inputs, champion concept generation, and ensure final software deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and real-world clinical outcomes in a collaborative, self-organizing environment.

Provide development teams with detailed design specifications developed in collaboration with Program Management and System Architects, empowering teams to operate independently and effectively.
Apply deep expertise to elicit, evaluate, specify, and validate requirements for complex software systems, ensuring complete documentation, traceability, and alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive use cases capturing functional requirements, user interactions, alternate flows, exception handling, system integration complexities, and edge cases. Define activity diagrams, user interactions, and acceptance criteria that clearly communicate intended system behavior to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Champion customer centricity, built-in software quality, holistic system design thinking, and technical excellence across development teams.
